Question High latency causing weird audio pops and crackles when playing or stopping often ?

I've been having audio issues like popping/crackling when pausing, or listening to certain audio for a while now. this PC is less than a year old and has been having problems with my audio for a while now. used latencymon and got these results

- reinstalled windows
- updated bios to the latest version
-reinstalled audio drivers
-disabled Realtek digital audio + other audio drivers I don't use
-checked RAM for issues. no issues
-updated USB drivers
-unparked CPU
-changed power plan to ultimate
