hotswapping

Hello,
I have a simple question....i guess.how can i hot swap to improve the prerformance of information sharing between two servers?

Not really a simple question because it does not make sense.

Hot Swapping is the tech used to enable replacing a failed device with a working one while the computer or whatever is running. It does nothing to improve performance, just reduces down time for a failed component.
