Question How can red BIOS warning message for "incorrect" VBIOS be removed

Could someone tell me what keys in a typical AMI BIOS rom might correspond to a red boxed warning that is popping up every time my laptop boots. It complains about my VBIOS flash and its really starting to get on my nerves.

AMI is just a company name that makes BIOS chips, that doesn't explain anything. Each MB manufacturer programs it to suit particular MB. None of your other writing explains anything either.
We need particulars of your PC.

Change Video to legacy.

If i do this then I don't get video anymore.

Can't even see the BIOS now actually.

Disabling optimus in razer synapse by selecting dedicated gpu only mode worked for letting me see the bios again upon rebooting. Got back to windows initially by using an external display. Unfortunately though I'm still getting the same boot message that requires me to manually hit enter every time in order to bypass.
