My phone only allows one type of network carrier, and ironically the phone is dual SIM.
I have two SIMs from two different carriers incase one network fails, I still have the other.(don't worry about it)

However the issue is that my phone doesn't allow any other carriers, I actually went to the settings to disable a security option that locks the phone putting in the state you saw on the link, and the most this does, is that it allows the phone to access calls and SMSs, but it doesn't allow network usage at all, however when I restart the phone and enter pin quick, I will actually have network of a different carrier working for a few a seconds before security kicks-in.

So far, I already tried, bootloading and resetting to factory, and just now, I already tried to install a new firmware and I connected to the network and it only lasted a few minutes before it disabled it.

If you know how to fix this problem, please help, a YouTube link video, a page that specializes in this stuff, anything will do, or if you could at least tell me what is this problem is properly called, I can start my own investigation there.

Thank you in advance.

obviously you are using a SIM card that is not supported by one of the carriers that you have a connection with.
they will continue to scan your device and find this card thus continue the warning.

to stop this warning,
you either change the card or change the carrier(s).

if you continue to use different carriers that require different cards,
and continue to use one that is not supported,
then you will just have to live with the warnings.
