How do i get the computer to install a disk if it is not promted

how can i get my computer to install a disk when it is not prompted

With the CD disk in your CD drive, open your Windows Explorer.
Click on your CD drive folder.
If there is a file called Setup, then double click on it.
That should start the installation process for the CD disk.

Just open my computer, and double click on your CD drive. If it opens a folder instead of starting the setup, look for the setup.exe icon inside that folder.
