How do you buy a titan cooler

I'm trying to buy the TITAN Fino or Titan Entertainer CPU cooler. I can't find it domestically - I only see in on japanese sites. Please help

Tell me about it. They have the only cpu cooler based on my research that's under 70mm and can cool an A8-3850 TDP 100W. Is there something else out there that can met these requirements?
