he's come here and posted a stupid thread in the wrong section. and asking how to 'override a ban' is not something that toms exists to help with.

i was just thinking maybe they was trying to listen to rhapsody or something because if your outside the states you cant use rhapsody or pandora.

If using phpBB 3, go to the Administrator Control Panel -> Users Management and you'll find the unban feature there.

If using vBulletin, go to the Admin Control Panel -> Users -> View Banned Users and you can lift a ban there.
