How to access local network firewall

hi.i want to Turn off my local network’s firewall on my computer but i dont know how.plz help me

You can't turn off a network firewall that is centrally managed. Contact whoever is in charge of it.

If you want to turn of the Windows firewall, do it though the Security Center.
