How to convert ADSL modem to a USB cellular modem to WAN RJ 45 interface

I want to connect USB 3G Cellular wireless modem to a RJ 45 socket ie into a Linksys router wan port. what is the best and easy way to match and interface it?

But if you have some money to spend, they do make routers that work with a cell modem. Or you can setup a PC with that cell modem and share it's connection. The last time I worked with a cell modem router I think it was close to $1,000 for the device.
