How to create a write protect cd

how can i create a write protect CD & DVD

When you burn a CD-R, it can never be written to again. CD-RWs are designed to be written and rewritten on. But you must erase the previous data; it cannot be added. There is no "write protection". Same for DVDs.

I don't understand what you mean by &amp. Perhaps I am misunderstanding your question?
