Hi. I have the same Laptop. Mine did the same thing with bluetooth driver after updating windows 10 and intel drivers from windows update this week. i got in device manager and rolled back the Intel Wireless Bluetooth Driver to Version 21.110.0.3 - dated 6/25/2020. the problem was resolved immediately.

I'm not sure if you can roll back after a windows 11 upgrade. But you can probably still find that driver on the dell support site - or from intel if not. Good luck. I'm sure a better bluetooth driver will fix it if you can find it.

I run an IT consulting company. We run in to these kinds of issues with recommended drivers on the windows update site pretty often.
