How to fix hamachi vpn status error

Hello,
My hamachi says there is a tunnel error or a vpn error and I need help soon because my friend and my other friend is playing minecraft and I need help...SOLUTION PLEASE

Try powering off and on the Hamachi applet (upper left corner), perhaps on both sides of the tunnel. IOW, force it to reset.
