Question How to fix stuck pixel

I got this Acer monitor early this month and it's been fine but I left it on last night when i came back from dinner and there was some random green pixels and a cross extending from it, i've tried leaving it off all night and this morning and i've also tried running one of those stuck pixel fixers for about an hour, i've isolated the problem to my monitor because i've unplugged my PC from it and the green pixels are still there
