How to get into motherboard rework

Hello,
i have several games consoles mobile phones motherboards that have various faults like bad MOSFETS no power plug point no N.E.C memory chip and i really want to know how to learn to fix these problems rather than just throw away???
could anybody at least point me in the right direction please?...

Dont try to repair that its waste of time and money sell it and buy new
