Question How to make a device driver without digital signature work?

I installed Rockusb driver on Windows 7 and Windows 10 but both fail to work because the digital signature of that driver cannot be recognized or not existed. How do I get rid of this problem ?

I installed the same driver(maybe an earlier version but not sure) about 4 years ago. I don't remember if it was with a proper digital signature or not but it could connect the device to the computer. This time, it couldn't.
