How to multi-Wan load balance using Microsoft system

I have two wan links from two different ISPs, How can I load balance them using microsoft products (As our company has MS license for many products and does not make use of it)

Since it seems you have extra PC you could build one using LINUX, MS will not cut it to much overhead and it does not do firewall well.
