[SOLVED] How to optimize HDD/SSD performance ?

How can I optimize this?

Need to show page with SMART data. With estimated 40'% Health there's probably some bad or relocated sectors.
There's nothing you can optimize, it is what it is.

There are no warnings about anything being bad, In absence of such warnings, Health is just estimated value based on age, number of days used and start-stop sequence.
You can do nothing about it because it's all recorded in drive's firmware.

Neither disk is showing a problem.
Both disk show a lot of usage.

Optimize?
Try to keep 30+GB free on the ssd
If your using w10 you can force a retrim/defrag.
Best to set it up on a schedule and let windows handle it.

I was only worried about the health of my components, none of the disks have any problem, but when I saw 40% I thought something was wrong
