Hey, sorry but you don't.
There are no fully working emulators for ps3 on PC yet.
The processing power required to emulate the cell processors of a PS3 are huge, your bog standard pc just cann't handle it.
They are reverse engineering the code at the moment but to be honest if you want to play playstation 3 games just buy a PS3.
