[SOLVED] How to remove this black backplate?

My cpu cooler screw just stuck if i can remove stand off backplate

We're going to need more information. What cooler are you working with? Also, please take a picture of the other side of that backplate to help us understand which screw seems to impeding your backplate removal. On a side note, do you see any double-sided tape between the backplate and the motherboard's PCB?
