How to Restore Windows Explorer Toolbar

Quite awhile ago, I closed the toolbar on Windows Explorer and have not been
able to restore it. I have tried everything, but the right thing. Please
help.

Which toolbar? In Windows Explorer menus, View> Toolbars: Standard Buttons
toggles the display of the default toolbar.

Open Windows Explorer and select View, Tool Bars. Click on the Options
you require.
