use a VBS Script to call the batch file ...

Set WshShell = CreateObject("WScript.Shell" )
WshShell.Run chr(34) & "C:\Batch Files\syncfiles.bat" & Chr(34), 0
Set WshShell = Nothing

Copy the lines above to Notepad and save the file with .VBS extension. Edit the .BAT file name and path accordingly.
