How to set fullscreen on GTA 5 permanently?

Everytime i start gta 5 it always set in windowed mode even i set it on fullscreen..how can i set it in fullscreen permanently?

Think there is an option to save changes when you change video settings

I haven't figured out a way to do it permanently, but when the game just starts up, hit alt + enter and it will out it into fullscreen.

It shouldn't be resetting unless the game is crashing instead of closing. Find your GTA V config file and check to see if it's been set to read-only by accident.
