OK, so I’ve bought a bunch of brand new parts for my PC but I’m having issues with powering on the fans are turning, but I get no display I have updated the bios still no post. The new parts that I’ve installed are the motherboard (Gigabyte b550 arous elite ax v2), the ram(Corsair vengeance pro 32 gb 2x16) a new case (Corsair 4000x rgb) a radiator (Corsair h150 rgb ) and the PSU (Corsair rm750e). I don’t know if I got a dead motherboard or if I killed my CPU anything could help. I’m just really tired, been at it for hours trying to fix it.
Edit: I should mention this motherboard has rgb but they’re not turning on.
Amd ryzen 5 5500
Sapphire Rx 6600

Don’t mind the cooler being off I’m still diagnosing.
What is that?
Did you connect two onboard fan headers with a cable?
You're not supposed to do that.

Ok I’m returning the motherboard , I know my cpu is good cause it worked with my old mobo. I also just test it with my old psu (evga 600w something or other forgot the name) I’ll let know if everything works when my other new mobo comes that I just ordered.

Since you have replaced he mobo, did you verify that the stand-offs as previously placed in the case back plate still DO align with EVERY (maybe 9) mounting hole in the NEW mobo? If there is ANY stand-off under your new mobo where there is NO matching mounting hole, that can cause a short to Ground of metal traces on the board back side.

The case I bought brand new came with all the stand offs pre installed all 9 of em and yes I used them all not too tight not too loose it also came with new screws which I used.

Try a single ram stick one at a time in slot 2 only.
I did I even used a different set I had, doesn’t matter anymore I all ready send the motherboard back to Amazon, also I forgot to mention this I bought the motherboard from Amazon warehouse basically used, how ever it was intact it wasn’t missing anything the box didn’t even look like it was ever open it just had the Amazon warehouse sticker on it.

Got it. Thats how I got my motherboard, and I admit I felt lucky that it worked.
