[SOLVED] I can't decide which GTX 1060 to buy.

I want to buy nVidia GTX 1060 6GB graphics card. I need to choose between these 2:
1. ASUS Turbo GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5
2. PALIT StormX GTX 1060 6GB GDDR5

They both cost the same. Which one would you recommend?

Could you post a link of the specific models.
If they are single blower fans cards, I wouldn't consider either of them.
Go with dual fan graphics cards.

None of these. Why? Asus is with blower fan. Palit have only one fan. Go with 2-3 fans, if you don't wanna have problems with cooling, except you plan to make mini itx build or something.

Neither of those, like others said get a 2 fan model but if you can't get anything else the Palit have slightly better cooling.

Are these your only options? The 1060 6GB costs around $40-50 more than the slightly faster GTX 1650 Super 4GB. These are not 1440p cards and they're just not fast enough to need more than 4GB. The only reason for needing 6-8GB on a card in this performance range is for high resolution texture packs or high resolution texture mods. Those texture packs are only really needed for 1440p or higher resolution.

How much are they charging for these cards if you don't mind me asking? I know on Newegg you can pickup 8GB RX 580's for less than $170, and those are generally faster than the 6GB 1060's. If you aren't opposed to used you can pickup RX 580's for sub $120 all day long on ebay, and sometimes on local deals you can get them for even less (i've picked up several for $80).

Price is 170$. I thought about buying XFX RX 580 8GB but I've had bad experience with AMD drivers, as I owned RX 560 4GB baffin. I'm afraid I'll have problems again, so I'm looking for nVidia card, and with my budget I can go for GTX 1060.

I would get the ASUS Turbo GTX 1060 it comes from a well know brand and the blower style will help in certain cases
