I can't update BIOS - Gigabyte 560ti

There's an update for my card's BIOS but I can't flash it. I'm downloading the BIOS flash tool from Gigabyte site but it says my card isn't the right card.

What could be going wrong here?

Are you 100% sure you are looking at the exact model number of your GPU correctly?

Also, which site did you get the download from (country)? Did you try another?

Yes it's the correct model. N560OC-GI and I downloaded from Europe and then Asia. Same result.

Understood on coming here. Regarding the BIOS issue, I have seen this before when the wrong version was posted for a particular GPU, as well as when there was a BIOS version mis-match.

I hate to ask (not to insult), but did you look at this page for instructions on how to flash the GPU?

but I don't know how to check which F* version I've got. Any idea?
