i bought msi b450m pro max (motherboard) planning to buy ryzen 3 3200g and 8gb ddr4 ram and install my gt 1030 and hdd with it
but i have electricity problems here and i had 3 motherboard die for me last year using cheap PSU but before that i used the psu normally with no issues
and the closest shop has [expletive deleted] beastpower seriesX 80+ white 450w and also xigmatek psu
i heard those are really bad and then i found out it has cooler master https://fractal-shop.com/boutique/c.../cooler-master-masterwatt-600w-80-plus-white/ 600w
and since cooler master is well known brand should i go for that? even though its bit expensive for me
EDIT: i also got votlage regulator for more protection

No, every one of these is junk. You're going to need to raise the PSU budget. I would have thought frying three motherboards would have been a good lesson that cheap PSUs can be very, very expensive.
so what budget psu would you recommend?
especially the psu market here in algeria is [expletive deleted] from what it looks like
