A few months back Windows 10 forced me to set a pin and I did so begrudgingly, writing down the pin on a post-it note and with the intention of resetting it when I had the time.
Now a few months down the line, I've not bothered to remove the pin, the post-it is long since lost and today suddenly I've forgotten the pin and I can't access the computer.
I would use "forgotten pin" option but this only works if you have access to the internet. Unfortunately I use Nord VPN with the option "lose internet if a server is not chosen" so the only way I can connect to the internet is to log in and pick one.
Does anyone have any sort of advice to allow me to get around this problem without factoring resetting the computer and losing all my data?
Thanks in advance for any help, I'm kicking myself for not removing this pin.
