Question I keep getting rt25cx21 error in the Visor ?

I keep getting rt25cx21 error in the Visor while playing Valorant.

This issue only happens in Valorant, i tried other games like Cyberpunk 2077, Minecaft with shaders and random Steam games and eveything is okay with those.
But when it comes to Valorant, in the menu everything is normal but in-game i get this error and the game stutters heavily.

There are two types of the error:
Id 2: Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller has a Hardware IO error.
Id 10 Realtek PCIe 2.5GbE Family Controller is reset by ESD timer.

I get this error in the visor with this sequence:

I tried reinstalling the drivers from the oficial Realtek page and i used "My Asus" too (bc of my motherrboard) and nothing changed.
Only when i close Valorant does this error stop. I hope someone can help me with this.

Asus b650e max gaming wifi
AMD Ryzen 7 7700x
RTX 5060 ti 16gb
64gb ram
2 x1 tb nvme

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for more error codes, warnings, or even informational events that correspond with the Visor errors.

Run "dism" and "sfc /scannow" to look for, find, and fix problem files.

Reinstall Valorant.
