I lost my c drive where did it go?

lost my c:drive. how can i recover it

Control Panel/Administrative tools/Computer management/disk management

Can you see it in there? If yes right click on it and select change drive letter and path, let it assign a new letter. Reboot. Make sure you don't format it.
