Honestly I’d try to spend a bit more and go with a EVGA supernova 850-1300w powersupply they are about the best bang for the buck you can get used and they aren’t too old that I’d be worried about them. I’ve had two of them and they have never given me issues even with fairly high overclocked and multiple GPUs / CPUs. My main desktop has a 1200w p2 and it runs two 6 core xeons at 130w each and a gtx 1070 and a r9 nano and a host of other things and it doesn’t even get hot. I used a 600w powersupply on a xfx Rx 480 and it did the same as what yours is doing so I’d try to get the most wattage your can.

Used? That's the best choice to test your computer's fire / surge resistance. Never buy used PSUs. I learned that the hard way. RIP my beloved hard drive / data.

Not all used psu’s are bad, just because you had one bad experience doesn’t mean everyone else Is going to have a bad experience, all I’ve ever owned is used PCs ranging from 1987-2017 And I’ve only had two bad psu experiences, one was a brand new evga 600w which couldn’t run a rx480 I’ll admit it wasn’t a very good powersupply to begin with and the other was back in 2006 when the family computers powersupply died after a thunderstorm probably because we didn’t have a surge protector, I don’t necessarily recommend getting a used powersupply it’s always better to buy new but if you don’t have the budget and you just need to get by sometimes you just need to look for a good deal on a tested used powersupply that is of high quality.

PSU's are the bottom of the list of preferable PC hardware to buy used , unless you buy it from someone you know , they are really hard to test and make sure they are ok a multimeter isn't enough ,

Without knowing the units history a used psu is not a good option. God knows what it's been through and it will have no warranty. You also do not need an 850w or larger psu.
Something like a CX550(new) would be a decent option for your setup(even with the RX 580).

Btw i am planning on upgrading to rx 580, ryzen 2600 and adding two more hdds , more ram

so my psu options :
sharkoon SHP550 v3 550 w
inter tech energon eps-750w
thermaltake 550w litepower
Chieftec APB-500B8 500W
and there are some lc power psus in that price range (50$ in my country (serbia))

My seasonic 620w costs around 80$. It's older but still recommended in some builds. Also it's always out of stock - everybody still buy it. Check m12ii-620. Good quality psu and one of cheapest, also modular.
