Hello ,

At last got my new gpu a rtx 3060 ti msi gaming x lhr (~480euro), i already have an i5 10600k on a z490 strix-e mobo and 16gb ram(2x8gb) . It's time for a new psu . I use a corsair vs550 white . Very , very reliable with the 10600k and my 1060 gtx super jetstream 6gb .

With the new gpu i am thinking for a 750w 80 plus gold psu .
I am between Corsair RM750X 2021 and Be Quiet Pure Power 11 FM 750W . [I am amiming for a light oc for the cpu in the future (~10%-15%) and maybe the gpu . ]

- What do you think is a better choice from the above ? (~same price)
- Should i peek a different brand /model ?

- Should i go for a 80 plus platinum (not many choices and higher price) .

Thank you all for your time and happy holidays to you and your loved ones .

Solution
Here is a handy guide to size a psu.
The cpu makes little difference:

I have no problem overprovisioning a PSU a bit. Say by 20%.
It will allow for a stronger future graphics card upgrade.
It will run cooler and quieter.
Modern graphics cards like the 3000 series can have high power demand spikes that need to be handled.
Go big, your cpu can handle a much stronger graphics card in the future.
A PSU will only use the wattage demanded of it, regardless of it's max capability.
You will also fine minimal price difference between 750w and 850w.
As to quality, the Corsair rm carries a 10 year warranty, the be quiet only 5.
