Ok let me first say this is completely my fault.
One day i was following a tutorial on how to overclock so i can get the best possible performance out of my rig and when i was closing the application i pressed the [x] it SET MY CORE CLOCK TO 1000 and even though i did not press the check mark my screen just completely went grey.
I turned my pc off quickly so my GPU wouldn't die but after i turned it back on again i wouldn’t get a display on my monitor so i restarted my pc and again but this time it wouldn’t stop restarting and I can’t change anything on my or start in safety mode since my pc restarts so quick i cant use it plus i dont have a display on my monitor so I cant see anything.
I have tried everything;I removed my gpu and plugged my hdmi into the motherboard, i have restarted my cmos battery and jumper, i tried cleaning and placing my RAM into different slots and tried each 1 at a time, i have unplugged and plugged everything back.
I don’t know think the problem is my PSU (although i may be wrong) since it can power on my pc and all my fans work (including my GPU so I don’t think thats dead) and the RGB on my fans and RAM work also I don’t think its my MB either since it can power my CPU and fans before my PC restarts.
Please someone help me.

Is this happening because when you start the PC the overclock app opens automaticly? There are few ways to enter safe mode when booting

Well i was thinking what happens if we boost our core clock +1000 mhz 😀 i know the answer now, i remember when i overclocked my old r7 265 +300 mhz it started creating green lines then it restarted, i usually do +80 nowadays

I fixed the issue but if this ever happens to you do not copy me, all i did was give it a hard smack on the back panel, it really should not have worked but it did and im not complaining you should really see a proffesional lol😭😭😭

Or it will fix it lmao, i used to hit my pc quite hard then it would stop the loud fans. This goes for my old monitor too, but If It's new never hit it because it can create more problems
I'm amazed how you managed to fix it tho, weird but I'm happy for you 😀
