[SOLVED] I reset my PC yesterday and my download speed dropped.

I have a 20Mbps download / 10Mbps upload connexion on speedtest.net, this is the same now as it was before the PC reset, but the speeds I get on steam, microsoft store or other game launchers are much slower than before, I had 6 to 7 Mbps download speed before, now I only get 2 to 2.8 speed.

At first I thought it's because I didn't install the LAN driver from my motherboard's website ( z390 aorus PRO), so I downloaded it, and installed it, restarted my PC, but my download speed was still bad.

I searched for help on internet but didn't find anything that worked, I tried changing duplex settings in the device manager but that didn't work so I set it back to default.

I also tried running windows troubleshooter, it said there's nothing wrong.

(It was factory reset, and I only reinstalled the chipset and LAN drivers from my mobo's website)

(I had no speed limit on Steam and other programs)

What does your LINK Speed say in your adapter properties?
Also try these commands (run command prompt as admin)
netsh winsock reset - and press Enter.
netsh int ip reset - and press Enter.
ipconfig / release - and press Enter.
ipconfig / renew - and press Enter.
ipconfig / flushdns - and press Enter

Also netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled (to enable it you have to type normal)

Otherwise if these dont work, I would contact your ISP.
Its kinda weird.

What do you mean by this line?
(I had no speed limit on Steam and other programs)
Just the web downloads are kinda slow?
Well thats kinda tricky cause some services limit the download speed to not overload their servers.
