[SOLVED] I think my GPU is dying

A couple of days a go, my pc wen't from 75 fps in all games at ultra settings to almost 60fps in ultra settings (55). The issue startet suddenly started and i have no idea why, i booted my pc normally and then everythng was slower. I have tried to updtate the bios and overclock the gpu but nothing seems to work. In games such as Bloons TD 6 i had perfectly 75 fps and now it's down to 55. With my specs this game should not be a problem.
Maybe it's not the Gpu?

I believe it is, yes. Don't know why tho, i clocked it at 3200mhz
