Hello i would need a cooler for my i5-10400f i will mainly play games on it and with the basic cooler its noisy and overheated, i need it to be avalible in Czech Republic.

10400 doesn't run very warm. You can save yourself some money by going with this cooler.

You could also see if you find the BeQuiet Pure Rock 2 somewhere and compare prices. Similar cooling capacity as the Arctic cooler, but quieter, so if it's cheaper, it would be a good alternative.
