When new games are produced, to play them using full display options, requires every 1 to 2 years a double upgrade ie. CPU and graphics card.

Why the hell don't they design/produce a graphic card that performs all the required CPU tasks. This would then require only one upgrade!

It was out before but having a removable cpu there is a huge bottle neck you have to go through two port. Now if it was on the same card, how about applications that use the cpu? you will have bandwidth issues on teh cpu too. Plus thats the same as an integrated graphics solution.

AI and Phyiscs are pretty much the only thing the CPU does now, so it pretty much is just a graphics card update for new games. I still play Ut 2004 on an 866 with a ati 9800 xt works just fine on highest settings. (no aa or af though, I don't really care for them well not in UT)
