Question IDK WHAT TO DO WITH MY MSI GF 63 11SC GAMING LAPTOP

A lot time before i opened my MSI GF 63 11SC laptop for just to sweep out the dust but when i took off my heat sink and i also by mistake without knowing i removed the thermal pads too so now the PC's performance has been a bit down idk if the GPU is damaged or not ?? also i tried to reset my laptop but when i do it, it resets and uninstalls all the application but it keeps my files as it is even though while formatting i selected erase all option i really don't know what to do now i have now replaced the old thermal paste and pad with the new ones but still the performance is there as it is
