those are all linux (unix) based OS's. and of course there are 100's more linux versions out there.

what do you not like about the ones you listed?

what do you hope to gain from a different one?

is there a feature missing you'd like and perhaps can simply install?

wait, i thought haiku wasn't linux?

i assumed all of these were not linux based. i was looking for a non linux based one. but, sounds like no matter the form. its linux regardless.

i tried other linux ones. but, i was kicked out cause i use dvds to install os or games.

i liek these ones. cause they seem to have a un ique environment,

i am planning using haiku. but they are slow on getting the features worked on.

i came across elive, lonero and midnightbsd. but not sure what they can be used for. what features they have that's different.

there is revision. but thats a windows thing. well, sort of.

vampire os. i was trying too see if its still active. but couldn't tell if it is.

for gaming you're stuck with windows for the best compatibility and then linux would be second in line.

chrome os and one of the x86 android os's would be the only other options and they have zero support for anything other than android apps.

i'm all about leaving windows, but if you want to game, then one of the many many linux variants is where you have to go.

What OS supports the games you want to play?

Mostly, either Windows or a mainstream Linux distro.

im planning on playing doom, wolfenstein, return to castle, quake, duke nukem 3d, shadow warrior, age of mythology, starcraft, elder scrolls, blood(fps), resident evil 1-5, sas secure tomorrow, war of the ring, age of empires 3 and etc.
