Build Advice I'm looking for feedback on these two components ?

I'll be building a waterlooped system in the near future, and will be using the following parts:

Motherboard:​

Gigabyte Z790 AORUS MASTER X​

It's the best I can find locally, Just would like to hear anyone's opinion on these items, experience good or bad, temps you're getting on the RAM etc...

You should avoid Intel, IMHO. Also, high frequncy rams would be a bad idea when Intel's having stability issues. Might I also ask why you're looking at DDR5-8200MHz ram kit?

the 14900k I have now is a brand new replacement over the previous 13900k I had which was RMA'd. Otherwise why not a 8200mhz kit??

Minimal performance gains over something like 6000/6400mhz and poor price to performance ratio.

I think for the price of 2 x 24gb 8200mhz, you can get a 2x32gb 6000mhz kit.

I would also suggest the Asrock Taichi board for your CPU.
