Improvising for a case speaker

i am having POST issues and was planning on breadboarding my comp to figure out which part is broken but i do not have a case speaker. My mobo has built in 10.1 audio capabilities and was wondering if i could use speakers instead (until i get my case speaker)

Nope, you can only use case speakers which are either small speakers or more commonly peizo buzzers, BIOS beeps occur long before any other audio output devices have been recognized and any speakers you have the same impedance as a case speaker so they wouldnt work right for the purpose.
