In what devices are there heatsync's

I know computers and water coolers but what ele's? HELP

see, I'm looking to build a USB hot plate or a mini fridge and I need a device to heat or cool it a heatsync would be perfect.

they are not a good idea if you want your pc to last more than a few hours...
each usb lead will need to be connected to its own hub. if you connect more than 1 then you can say good bye to it within minutes....
