Question Insert proper boot device

To put it simply, after i tried to do a byte copy of my hdd to my ssd, i turned it on and it kept shoeing the cursor with the blue loading circle, after another reboot with changed boot device (boot on my hdd) it simply said insert proper boot device, also setting the boot order doesnt seem to work
Specs:
GPU: RX 580 8GB
CPU:Ryzen 5 1600
MB: Biostar B350ET2
RAM: Patriot 2x4GB 2400mhz
HDD: Seagate barracuda 1TB (2016 model)
SSD: WD Blue 3D NAND 500GB

I need info on what app i should use, what to do before etc. I know its trivial but i dont want to frick up something HDD: Seagate barracuda 1TB (2016 model) SSD: WD Blue 3D NAND 500GB And im sure everything will fit into the ssd
