Question Installing a new motherboard & CPU

Do I have to reinstall windows 10 when chaning mobo?
I'm installing a new mobo & cpu which is meaning i'm also having to upgrade my CPU Fan & PSU.

i5 9600k
600W PSU

New
Asus TUF Gaming B660
i5 12600k

You most probably don't "have to", if it starts at all should be good enough to update drivers for anything that is changed but really should do clean install. Btw. you'd be better off with W11.
