Hello. I work in a schools as the IT assistant. We have one class room with 25 computers for students. I have a project now to reinstall all 25 computers. Is there any way to install windows on one computer and install all the programs that the students need, then make an install version of this copy of windows and install it on other computers ?

I need to manually write a computer name in the install process so that i can then put the computer in our domain.

What is the best way to do this ?

Basically a "deployment" requirement using an image.

In your situation, as I understand your post, a reinstall or refresh scenario.

First a couple of Microsoft link that summarizes the options:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/windows-10-deployment-scenarios

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/planning/windows-10-deployment-considerations

And three general "how to" links:

https://www.easeus.com/backup-utility/install-software-on-multiple-computers.html

https://www.quora.com/How-do-I-install-the-same-software-on-multiple-computers-at-the-same-time

https://batchpatch.com/remotely-dep...e-update-version-1809-the-october-2018-update

Most likely you will need to reference other similar links and tutorials. Details matter.

Fortunately there is quite a bit of mass deployment information available. Use current sources with respect to both time and publisher.

Key is to set up a plan/process that meets the details of your environment and requirements. Then test on just a couple of computers to ensure that your plan and its' execution do indeed work.

If all 25 computers are the same, you could install on one PC, then make a backup on an external HDD, then just do a restore to the other PCs. That would take about 15 minutes on each PC you restore to. I've done this with Macrium Reflect and Easeus Todo Backup, and there are numerous other backup/restore programs as well.
