Question "Integer Scaling" missing in Nvidia Control Panel ?

I have an RTX 4070 gfx card.
A few days ago I saw "integer scaling" option in NVDIA Control Panel.
Then I replaced my 1440p monitor with a 4K one (Cooler Master Tempest GP27U)
Now "integer scaling" is missing as an option..
Hmm. Does anyone know why, or how I can enable it?

All I could find related in bios was this:

Graphics Configuration > Primary Display
Auto / CPU Graphics / PEG Slot (PCIE?)

It was on Auto, and now I set it to PEG/PCIE
And below that "IGPU multi" was and is disabled

But this didn't help bring up an option for "integer scaling" in nvidia control panel
