What parts would you recommend for an i7 14700k build? I know the issues with the intel chips lately, but i've always wanted a 14700k pc
What parts would you recommend? My budget is abt £2k ish

you should be a lot more specific.

for heavy gaming; which games in particular, at what settings?
for work; which software, what type of projects?
what size; full size tower, iTX mini-machine, etc?
aesthetics; custom LEDs everywhere, specific color chassis+, no LEDs, etc?
peripherals; mouse/keyboard, monitor, etc?

I had a great experience with my build, zero compatibility issues and smooth as silk. No graphics card yet, so hopefully that upgrade won't rain on my parade.

Aside from the primary issue with the 13 and 14th gen CPU, there is an article out (possibly here) that says Intel is running low on replacements. I don't know if these are still in production since 15th gen is right around the corner. Not so much that I am suggesting to wait. There is always a reason to wait, and often many not to. In this case and with the aforementioned issues I am taking a wait and see stance on 15th gen to see whether they are reliable.

That was not just the unlocked and it was said to be fixed.
But if I was building it for myself I would be buying AMD right now not Intel and I'm a Intel fan!
