Question Intel LGA 1200 stock cooler vs arctic freezer 34 eSports DUO

With the title ive put, id like to ask which one is better? Which one will cool my cpu more? The cpu in question is intel core i5-10400 currently with close to no airflow coming in properly in an old office case with no fans to intake or exhaust, im putting it into the test in cinebench, getting nearly 70C which isnt that bad but id like it to go even lower to the point i wont have to worry about temps. AIO's might be overkill for i5 so i put that consideration aside considering the arctic freezer 34 can keep an i5-11400 at 60C cinebench with TDP higher than 120W (im also getting a new case for better airflow)

The Arctic is of course much better than the stock frisbee... but with no case airflow it's really not going to make any difference, no matter what cooler you use. Laws of thermodynamics and stuff.
