Intel Q9450 on a Gigabyte G33 motherboard

Has anyone tried overclocking an Intel Q9450 CPU on a G33 chipset based Gigabyte motherboard? How far did you manage to go, and did you use integrated graphics or discreet graphics?

And which CPU cooler did you use?

I would use a Q6600. The higher multiplier will make it far easier to oc with a cheap MB and RAM.
