its ok to be in denial. Thats ok, i know there are things called testing boards and that has been going on for long time, with both AMD and intel, but since you have youre head shoved too far up youre ass, you cant notice that.

since MadModMike has nothing intellectual to say, he just states whos a fugger, when he forgot to add his own name into that list. MadModMike, youre just as bad as us or worse, and since thoes benchmarks prove, and soon to come, more, just face it, youre at a position that I was in, now its youre turn, it hits you right in the face. Now add youre name to the fugger list, or it will make you look like an idiot, since youre just as bad or worse then the other fanboys and everyone knows it except others who are in denial like DVDdipsh!t (now im beggining to become more of a fanboy)
Also, you fail to recognize that AMD is using 90nm technology, which is blatantly outdated now

Strike 1.Funny you say that dumbass, considering Conroe has both.

Strike 2Are you an idiot? Strained Silicon is superior to Silicon on Insulator in both scalability, performance and leakage. Why do you think AMD uses it on their FX line?

Down with Intel, they cause global warming, oh sh!t that was rich.  [/quote]Um, last I heard, AMD was taking marketshare from Intel. Even if Intel can crank out 10k more space heaters daily.
Thats why people buy Intel; heat their homes. As long as you can afford the electricity bill, you can own an Intel. Then you don't need a furnace. In the long run it saves But during summer, they move the computer to the nearest window and blow the hot air outside.
Intel causes global warming.
AM2 cant tweak out 20% extra performance (clock for clock), it would need a complete overhaul
even next year all it is is 65nm A64's and maybe more cache
amds are now hotter, slower and more expensive

You geography n00b. That does NOT cause global warming.
The heat is rapidly disipated. What causes global warming is CO2 or other problemtic gases that absorb heat from the sun. Without that it would be a lot colder than it is. But too much is never good and it will end up sad if we don't do something about it. Because we polute every day on a large scale the cuantity of CO2 has increased and our atmosphere keeps a lot more heat than it should.
A kind of global warming repeatedely happened in the past. But then it was natural since there were cold times(very cold, most of Europe and America, BTW it happened in the cuaternar era(i'm not sure how you call it in English)) followed by slow rises in temperature. Now this process has intensified due to our action. If we don't do something, the snow in the Poles will melt causing a major increase in the water level. Deserts will continue their expansion which will lead only to the destruction of economy. Places threatened?
West America, central Asia,N and S Africa. And of course increase in temperatures and quantity of rains/snow leading to drought.
That being said neither AMD nor Intel directly feed this process.
this space has been truncated and simplized for your reading enjoyement and quoteability.
I now proclaim MADMODMIKE as the new king of Intel Fanboys 🙂
The other ship was taking on water and now he is on the Intel Ship.
I too thought it would never happen. Seeing someone like MADMODMIKE switch teams like that is a sure sign that Intel is indeed taking the crown.
It is a good day for INTEL.
Who needs the INTEL marketing department when you can do your own 😀
Now, I want to see AMD totally smash INTEL's Conroe. That way I get to buy another good processor at a good price and Mike can jump back to the AMD cruise liner.
