No. The S suffix denotes sockeatable and the top part will be an unlocked 95W. The low voltage, low TDP will be the Y, U, and H parts.
if true, seems like intel has changed naming schemes again. post the source, preferably intel's official statement saying S isn't for lv desktop parts anymore.
